As one of the architectural highlights of the capital city and a major visual landmark, the Eurowindow Multicomplex – a Mixed-Use Complex of Commercial Center, Office, Residential Area and Trung Hoa Market – is a multifunctional development consisting of office spaces and high-end apartments. The project is developed by Decotech Construction and High Technology Development Investment JSC, a subsidiary of Eurowindow Holding.
Located on Tran Duy Hung Street, one of Hanoi’s newly developed and densely populated districts, Eurowindow Multicomplex benefits from the well-established technical and social infrastructure of surrounding urban areas such as Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh, Yen Hoa Urban Area, Nam Trung Yen, and Dich Vong.
The entire exterior of Eurowindow Multicomplex is designed using a high-performance aluminum-glass facade system. It features thermal-break aluminum frames and double-glazed reflective and heat-insulating glass units, with a random mix of four different glass colors, creating a distinctive and eye-catching architectural design for the building.
