1. Empire City Mixed - Use Development – Thu Thiem New Urban Township, District 2, HCMC
Empire City Vietnam is invested by Empire City Venture Company Limited (a joint venture of four prominent companies include Keppel Land, Tien Phuoc Real Estate JSC, Hong Kong private equity fund Gaw Capital Partners as well as Tran Thai Real Estate Co. Ltd). The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex includes shopping centre, 5 star hotel, office & serviced apartments towers, underground parking, especially the construction of highly versatile towers 86 floors with the unique and distinctive architectural style in Thu Thiem New Urban Township.
In this project, REE M&E will be involved as a contractor for the supply and installation of M & E systems for Tilia Residence (GFA 61.100 m2 with 2 blocks of each tower 30 floors and 7 floors, 478 units) and Linden Residence (GFA 68.400 m2 with 2 blocks of each tower 34 floors and 7 floors, 510 units).
According to the plan, Thu Thiem New Urban Township not only will be a new modern city centre of regional and international scale in Ho Chi Minh City but also will be a sustainable urban area, combining modern facilities with natural landscape conditions to improve the quality of work and life and satisfy the requirements of long-term development of Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Opal Tower – Saigon Pearl 3B
Following the success of previous collaborative projects of SSG Group such as Saigon Pearl Residential Development (HCMC), Thao Dien Pearl (HCMC), My Dinh Pearl (Hanoi), REE M&E now continues to win the tender package of ME system for Opal Tower project.
Opal Tower is the final stage of the famous Saigon Pearl project, not only is an architectural masterpiece with a floor area of 96.500 m2 including 4 basements, 40-storey office & apartment building, but also possesses the great full services as shop houses, international standard kindergarten, infinity pool, gym centre, community lounge, ... for the customers whose successful businessmen and residents want to live in a comfortable environment.
3. Bao Quan 5-star Hotel
On 9/7/2018, REE M&E received the Letter of Acceptance for M&E system for Bao Quan Hotel & Residences at Lien Bao Ward, Vinh Yen, Vinh Phuc Province of Bao Quan Construction & Investment JSC.
With GFA 37.000 m2 consist of 20 floors and 02 basements, Bao Quan Hotel is a modern architecture, luxury and aesthetics, expected to be a smart master plan of Vinh Phuc province.
